I believe people should create their lives with purpose and not live by default. When working together we closely look at all aspects of your life, where you are now and where you would like to be, whilst living in a state of sufficiency and gratitude. I am bewildered by our societies need for "more" and strive to lead a life of "less but better" this not only slows you down to notice things around you but improves your quality of life exponentially. 

We work very closely on your diet which is, without question, your way to clarity and healing.

I have been a professional private chef working with people one on one for over 12 years and have extensive knowledge and experience with how food effects peoples mood, energy, health and vitality.

I have played around with my own diet and watched many of my clients play around with theirs.

From my experience a predominantly alkaline plant based diet promotes longevity, wellness, energy and mental clarity.

A little bit about who I am and who you might be!

I adore life and pretty much everything and everyone in it. I invite creativity and freedom in others wherever I go.

I have a provocative energy and I am not afraid to hurt other peoples feelings if it shifts them out of a lower frequency.

I have a deep sense of knowing.

People tend to trust me quickly and forget their worries when they are with me. I see past the things others don’t like about them, I see why they act the way they do and they can feel I understand them. Having said that I can often feel inadequate and feel like I don’t fit in around people I think are more wise than me or more intelligent than me.

I’m super adventurous and adore travelling, I’m a water baby and a nature lover.

I am strong and wild and peaceful.

I’m messy and I hate routine.

I rebel against myself and I rebel against being told what to do, not that you’d know necessarily as I can be sneaky at doing what I want! I’m an inner rebel and outer conformist! A defiant Princess Diana!

I’m kind and loving and work furiously to help people with mental health issues.

I can be childish and giggly when I’m scared and I can be supportive and encouraging when I’m brave.

Coach training

I take my education as a coach very seriously. I studied coaching at the no. 1 coaching school in the UK. Animas centre for coaching. This is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). It is recognised by the International Coach Federation
as providing 123 Approved Coach Specific Training Hours – more than twice the amount required to become credentialed with the ICF.

The life coaching course is also accredited with the Association for Coaching, the UK’s largest professional body, as an Accredited Diploma in Coach Training. This distinction makes it one of the very few in the world to hold this level of accreditation.

I choose to adhere to the ICF code of ethics and the UK Data Protection Act. I work continually with my own coach which I feel is extremely important for anybody in my field. I also continue study through books, programmes, workshops and seminars as well as having an excellent and close network of other professional coaches.

dietary and chef background

I remember standing on a stool cooking Chinese food for my family because I couldn’t reach the stove. My homework for home economics took me hours as I poured over each recipe perfecting every diagram. I was a straight A student.

Professionally I started a catering career with a small sandwich bar at the age of 21 which I ran for 5 years and then went on to become a head chef at a local restaurant which had up to 170 covers. In 2006 I realised I wanted to work for people privately rather than being in a commercial kitchen. I needed the connection with my clients so I could learn exactly what they liked and disliked and I loved learning about evreyone’s different ways of eating. As I worked my way up the ladder in the private chef world my clients became more demanding and more specific about the foods they ate. I worked with very tailored diets and worked with nutritionists to ensure their individual requirements were being met.

My clients included Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Mohammed Al Fayed, Gary Rhodes, Lord and Lady Astor of Hever and many VVIP’s. My work also included cooking for any children or babies in the family that also often came with their own dietary needs.

Over the last few years my work has changed quite dramatically and the demand for plant based food has grown exponentially. I know how challenging it is to change any diet and how diet effects us emotionally and consciously as well as physically.

My aim here is to help people transition to a more conscious way of living and eating wherever they are at. If you are living off junk food and just want to start introducing some healthier options or if you are a vegetarian wanting to go vegan or if you are plant based and want to transition to fruitarian, I can help.
