Hayley started to work as a private chef in 2006 after running a sandwich bar for 5 years and before as a head chef at a local restaurant. She wanted to work more closely with people in their family homes rather than being in a commercial kitchen.
Her clients have included Her Royal Highness Haya Bint Hussain, Her Royal Highness Ambassador Reema Bandar Al Said, Mr. Brad Pitt, Ms. Angelina Jolie, Mr. Mohammed Al Fayed, Mr. Gary Rhodes
and Lord and Lady Astor of Hever.
Her passion for cooking and dream of travelling have combined into her new venture ‘Travel Kitchen’. It is her hope to inspire people to explore the world and the people who live in it. To try new dishes and experience other cultures. She wants to advocate small business’ who have a clear and dedicated passion for their craft, who hold integrity and a depth of knowledge and above all a love of service to others.
